Different Tools

We have different tools to tackle whatever hiring difficulty you’re having. You may need to learn about the base characteristics of your staff. Or determine if a candidate has the mental capabilities needed for a particular position.

CANDIDATE PROFILE – The flagship of our system is the candidate profile. The report provides 8 to 18 pages of the applicant’s character and talent traits along with what you may expect from the applicant. This is a vital tool to help you evaluate an individual’s weak and strong points. The report will help you make the right decisions as to where this person best fits in your company and where you will need to offer direction and training. Hiring the wrong candidate for the position helps neither you nor the candidate.

P60 – Discover the candidate’s personality type with this simple assessment. Discover the true personality of your potential employee with the P60. Are they a born leader? A supporter? A networker? With a simple analysis you can discover if they are right for your company and compatible with their department.

I.Q. ASSESSMENT – The I.Q. Assessment will demonstrate how well an applicant can reason and resolve problems.

MATH & SPELLING – Usually the basics are the best place to start. This program is perfectly suited to bring a well rounded view of problem solving and literary performance.

Benchmarking

If you have employees in a department who are performing well, does it not make sense to hire the same type of person for that department? With the benchmark program you can! Each time you run a Candidate Profile you have the opportunity to create, compare and utilize results to create accurate benchmarks to match your current employees. By using various existing and custom benchmarks to see how close the scores and personality types are, you will see in seconds if the applicant you are looking at “fits” the position and department.

Custom Aptitude

Our assessment tools give you the ability to test staff or candidates for their level of fit to specific positions. With existing aptitudes for Sales, Management and Project Management plus the option to develop a Custom Aptitude our assessment platform provides the power to hire better.

CUSTOM APTITUDE – The Custom Aptitude is multiple-choice based and customized for your company. You can apply up to 60 questions with a range of 5 possible answers.

SALES APTITUDE – The Sales Aptitude measures applicants in 11 different areas and provides insight into what type of salesperson they are. You will discover at which level their sales ability is, and in what areas they need training.

MANAGEMENT APTITUDE – The Management Aptitude is an effective tool in measuring one’s leadership abilities as well as identifying areas for development.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT APTITUDE – The Project Management Aptitude is designed to help an organization determine the basic skills of new Project Managers or to assess existing Project Managers in their capabilites for extra tasks and responsibility.

Surveys & Engagement

DISC ASSESSMENT –DISC is a popular, and invaluable, behavioral profiling system that teaches users how to identify— and use to their advantage— the predictable aspects of communication. The goal of DISC is to help users first build, then maximize productive relationships. You do not have to change your personality; you simply need to recognize what drives other people and understand your options for effectively dealing with them.

EMPLOYEE MOTIVATORS – Business leaders are better equipped to make informed personnel decisions when they understand what galvanizes each new job applicant or team member. Steadfastness, attention to detail and accuracy aren’t issues for someone whose motivations align well with the values necessitated by a particular job.

HARTMAN VALUE PROFILE –This unique assessment measures each individual’s thinking style. An individual’s thinking style is defined by their problem solving strengths, their problem solving struggles and their ability to avoid the blind spots associated with situational bias. In essence, the HVP assessment measures – with uncanny accuracy – an individual’s unique thinking approach.

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE (EIQ-2) ASSESSMENT – It’s a popular misconception that emotional intelligence is largely irrelevant in business, and doesn’t equate with professional performance. However, a recent study of emotional intelligence, (along with 33 other important workplace skills,) found that emotional intelligence is the single strongest predictor of workplace performance, accounting for a full 58% of success in all types of jobs. Furthermore, similar studies have found that 90% of top performers are also high in emotional intelligence. On the flip side, just 20% of bottom performers are high in emotional intelligence. You can be a top performer without emotional intelligence, but the chances are slim.
